How many times does the cleaner/gardener come to the property?
The cleaners come fortnightly (every second week) to clean common areas. The gardeners come as required to maintain the garden. Cleaners don’t clean your used dishes – it’s individual housemates responsibility to clean them after use.
What happens if I damage something?
If you break small items (like mugs, glassware or plates) you are welcome to replace it with the same quality item without being charged a penalty. Fees/penalties can be deducted from the bond refund if cleaning is not efficient or there was damage to the property.
