All general maintenance must be reported to MyStudentHouse management in writing.
Please complete the Online Maintenance Request Form below, ensuring you provide sufficient detail for us to promptly follow-up.
Once we have received your request in writing, either our Maintenance Co-ordinator or a tradesperson will be in contact with you.
The MyStudentHouse Facilities Management Team are dedicated to the service and maintenance of our properties. Our residents will regularly see the team at their property mowing lawns, cleaning and attending to maintenance requests.
